These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Montvero website, available at:

Throughout these Terms, the terms "Montvero," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Montvero.

By visiting our website, placing an order, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies referenced on our website.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website or purchase our products.

1. Eligibility

By using our website or placing an order, you represent that you have reached the legal age required to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, or that you are using the website with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order.

2. Online Store Terms

You may not use our products, website, or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

You must not transmit malicious software, viruses, harmful code, or engage in any activity intended to disrupt, damage, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to our website, systems, or services.

A violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access to our services where appropriate.

3. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, colors, dimensions, materials, specifications, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, slight variations may occur due to factors including:

• Lighting and photography conditions;
• Normal manufacturing variations;
• Material characteristics;
• Product finishing and texture variations.

Colors displayed on your device may not perfectly represent the actual color of the physical product.

Minor variations that do not materially affect the intended function or overall characteristics of the product are not necessarily considered defects.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Because our current collection is our Final Collection and designs will not be made again once sold out, certain products, colors, styles, or variations may sell out without prior notice.

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve inventory.

A product is not guaranteed until your order has been successfully completed and accepted.

5. Black Friday Offer

Our current collection is our Final Collection. Once a design sells out, it won’t be made again.

During our Black Friday Final Collection promotion, products are offered at 50% off, as shown on each product page.

Buy More, Save More: an additional discount is applied automatically at checkout to eligible products in your cart:

• Buy 2 items: 15% off
• Buy 3 items: 25% off
• Buy 4 or more items: 30% off

No discount code is needed. Free gift items do not count toward the number of items. Buy More, Save More discounts cannot be combined with other discount codes. Sign-up gift: customers who join our email list receive the code MONTVERO10 (10% off, one use per customer, valid until 30 November 2026 at 11:59pm UK time). It cannot be combined with Buy More, Save More; the greatest saving is applied.

Promotional prices are available while stock lasts and while the promotion is active. We may end or change the promotion at any time; changes do not affect orders that have already been placed.

Purchasing a product during the Black Friday promotion does not remove any rights provided under our Return & Refund Policy or under mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply to you.

Free gifts: eligible orders include complimentary gifts as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Prices

Prices displayed on our website may be shown in different currencies depending on your location, website settings, or checkout configuration.

We reserve the right to update product prices and promotional offers at any time before an order is completed.

The price applicable to your purchase will generally be the price displayed and accepted during checkout.

Currency conversion rates may change and may be determined by Shopify, payment providers, financial institutions, or other third-party services.

Your bank or card issuer may apply additional currency conversion fees or international transaction fees. These charges are outside Montvero's control.

7. Orders

Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right, where reasonably necessary and permitted by law, to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

• Product unavailability;
• Inventory errors;
• Pricing or website errors;
• Payment authorization issues;
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions;
• Incorrect or incomplete customer information;
• Abusive, fraudulent, or suspicious purchasing activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, the appropriate amount will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment processing times.

8. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you may receive an electronic confirmation acknowledging that we have received your order.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has completed all payment, fraud, inventory, or fulfillment checks.

We may contact you if additional information is required before your order can be processed.

9. Payment

Payments are processed through Shopify and/or authorized third-party payment providers.

By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided;
• The information provided is accurate;
• You authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction.

Montvero is not responsible for payment declines, payment holds, verification requirements, or other actions taken by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

10. Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and our business, transactions may be subject to fraud screening or security checks.

We may request additional information to verify an order where reasonably necessary.

Orders identified as potentially fraudulent or unauthorized may be delayed or cancelled.

11. Shipping Availability

Montvero delivers to the United Kingdom.

The shipping methods available for your destination are displayed during checkout.

12. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

Processing time is separate from estimated delivery time.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and are described in our Shipping Policy.

All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

• Carrier delays;
• Customs procedures;
• Weather conditions;
• Public holidays;
• Local delivery disruptions;
• Transportation disruptions;
• High-volume sales periods;
• Government restrictions or regulatory procedures.

13. International Fulfillment

Montvero works with an international network of fulfillment, logistics, and shipping partners to deliver orders to our customers.

As a result, an order may be processed or dispatched from a fulfillment location outside the customer's country of residence.

Order information necessary for fulfillment and delivery may be shared with the relevant service providers in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

Depending on your destination, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees, or similar charges imposed by local authorities.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are generally the responsibility of the customer.

Montvero does not determine or control charges imposed by customs authorities, governments, shipping carriers, or other third parties.

Customers are responsible for complying with applicable import requirements in their destination country.

15. Customer Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, contact information, and other required delivery details during checkout.

Montvero is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

16. Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed.

Requests to cancel an order or change a delivery address must be submitted within 2 hours of placing the order.

We will make reasonable efforts to complete the requested change or cancellation, but we cannot guarantee that a request can be completed once fulfillment has begun.

17. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, refunds, damaged products, and related requests are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions stated in that policy.

Customers must contact Montvero and receive return instructions before sending any product back.

Do not return products to the address shown on the original shipping parcel unless specifically instructed to do so by Montvero.

18. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different from the product ordered, please contact:

Please provide your order number and appropriate photos or videos of the issue where requested.

Claims will be reviewed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

• Logos;
• Product descriptions;
• Graphics;
• Website design;
• Original photography and media;
• Written content;
• Layout and visual elements;

is owned by, licensed to, or lawfully used by Montvero and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, republish, distribute, modify, sell, commercially exploit, or otherwise use protected content without appropriate authorization.

If you voluntarily submit reviews, photographs, comments, testimonials, feedback, or other content to Montvero, you represent that you have the right to provide that content.
